Nate Juster is a staff attorney in Atlanta Legal Aid Society’s Home Defense Program, where he advocates on behalf of low-income homeowners facing foreclosure. He graduated with honors from Emory Law School and clerked for the Honorable Mary Grace Diehl, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Nate is the 2017 recipient of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys’ Henry J. Sommer Legal Aid Scholarship and has published articles in the ABI Journal and Pratt’s Journal of Bankruptcy Law.
