Eric L. Muller is the Dan K. Moore Distinguished Professor in Jurisprudence and Ethics at the University of North Carolina School of Law.  He is the leading national expert on the legal history of the removal and imprisonment of Japanese Americans in the United States during World War II, with three books and many articles in print on the subject.  He is also a Faculty Member and Senior Consultant for the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics.  He is a graduate of Brown University and Yale Law School and worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Newark, NJ, before entering academia in 1994.
