Debra Booher is the principal of Debra Booher & Associates Co., LPA and practices consumer bankruptcy law.  She has been representing debtors throughout Northeast Ohio since 1997. Her firm consists of 4 attorneys and 7 paralegals with offices throughout Northeast Ohio. Debra started her career working for a large consumer bankruptcy firm in Chicago where she developed a passion for representing debtors. She received her degree from DePaul University College of Law.  She presently spends the majority of her time on helping her associates develop their skills and on managing more complex consumer cases involving business issues.  The majority of her caseload is Chapter 13.  Debra is a member of various bar associations and consumer bankruptcy groups and is a frequent lecturer on various topics related to consumer bankruptcy.  The firm regularly does pro bono work, and all associates are encouraged in that regard.
